The following treatments are not included in the dental payment plans:
- Laboratory fees and prescriptions (Denplan Care)
- Referral to specialists or specialist treatment
- Orthodontics, implants, or cosmetic treatment
- Sedation fees
- Any other treatment excluded from your contract by your dentist
